Donate a Ticket

Code Camp should be for every aspiring developer, designer, and technologist in Southern Utah—regardless of ability to pay. If cost is a barrier to attending, we’ve got you covered. And if you’d like to cover someone else’s ticket, you can do that too.

Why we charge a ticket fee

We’d love to make Code Camp completely free. Historically, when we tried that, too many people would sign up and then not show up on the day—blocking spots for participants who genuinely wanted to be there.

So we started charging a small ticket fee ($10–$12) to keep the commitment real. It’s the smallest number we could pick that still works. But we recognize that even a small fee is a real barrier for some people. That’s where ticket donations come in.

Donate a ticket

Your donation covers registration for someone who can’t cover the cost themselves. $12 covers one ticket, and any amount helps.

All donations go directly to covering registration for participants who need assistance. If donations exceed requests in a given year, the surplus supports the general Code Camp fund (meals, prizes, and event operations).

Need help with the ticket cost?

Code Camp is for everyone. If the ticket price is a barrier for you, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

  • No forms. There’s nothing to fill out and nothing to prove.
  • No questions asked. If cost is a barrier, that’s enough.
  • You attend as anyone else would. No separate check-in, no visible marking, no thank-you-to-a-sponsor moment.

Contact us at least a week before the event so we can hold your spot.
